Design house and interiors brand Oriana B is the discerning choice for considered, aspirational and enduring interiors in Ireland. It was founded on a serendipitous partnership and an unwavering promise: to offer distinctive designs for independent minds.

Launched in 2019, Oriana B began with Dublin-based Londoner Katharine Deas sourcing and selling unique furniture online, having pivoted from a 25-year international corporate career to pursueher love of design. Her discerning taste and friendly professionalism quickly established Oriana B as a rarity in the Irish market, so much so that it caught the attention of accomplished interior designer, Dubliner Alannah Monks.

Katharine and Alannah immediately bonded over their shared appreciation for functional furniture that elevates the ordinary. Their creative partnership was instant as they collaborated on new collections, photoshoots and campaigns with Alannah eventually joining the Oriana B team full time as Creative Director in 2020. Alannah’s exceptional and
grounded creativity coupled with Katharine’s natural operational and strategic drive is the foundation of their successful design house.

Now leading an all-female team in Fairview, Dublin 3, their mission is to create and supply thoughtfully designed furniture and homewares that give independent thinkers the power to create tasteful homes. Their trademark polished eclecticism aesthetic pioneers homes
that are distinctive yet discerning, curated but never contrived. By leaning into 20th-century inspired design and European traditionalism, Katharine and Alannah believe in homes that are cosy to occupy, beautiful to look at and easy to create.
